Another well-received feature includes the pet-friendly policy, allowing dog owners to enjoy a meal with their furry friends. Some visitors note the hidden toilet location, which might require asking staff for guidance. While the majority enjoy the vibrant atmosphere, a few find it slightly cramped during peak hours, particularly when groups gather for brunch. This can lead to a longer wait for seating, which some guests may find inconvenient. Additionally, a small number of feedback points to needing more diverse menu options, particularly for those craving heartier lunch dishes or vegan selections. However, the cafe's overall ambiance and service usually outweigh these minor downsides.
What a delightful cafe! And I bought a little onyx marble elephant from their art and craft section. How cute is that!
The cafe has a welcoming atmosphere from the staff and the calm colourful interior. My wife and I sat outside and enjoyed the sunny morning and quiet street and were greeted by a charming young man. They were happy to accomodate our gluten free bread because of our intolerance. Coffee and a light brunch were delicious. Prices were good value and next time we visit our friends will definitely bring them for brunch.
Super cafe in Rottingdean village with indoor and outdoor seating. Great food and lovely, friendly staff. Plus there's a selection of work by local artists to peruse (I've picked up both cards and presents friends were delighted with).
Wow! What a hidden treasure of a cafe in the heart of Rottingdean. Great lunch, hot coffee, top level service and the team were so helpful and friendly. After lunch we had a browse through the art for sale in the shop and bought some fab napkins with colourful Brighton art and Billy the seagulll…. Even lucky enough to meet the local artist during our visit. Thanks Aaron and team, we will most definitely be back! ❤️
A lovely cafe with a nice selection of food. Staff is helpful and friendly and are happy to make adjustments for dietary needs. The air fryer chips and the vegan crumble are wonderful. The toilet is slightly hidden but the staff can point the way. Fantastic outside seating area as well.
A gem of a cafe. Food delicious and presented beautifully. Service is professional and welcoming. Cafe very clean with a relaxing atmosphere.
We stumbled upon this little café during our walk and were pleasantly surprised by the delicious food, excellent service, and fun 80s music. The gentleman behind the bar was incredibly kind and thoughtful. Thank you!
